- Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your session date.
- Bookings of studio’s outside of my own will be an additional $149.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking. New session fee required there after.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 days before the session will forfeit the deposit.
- Image Delivery: Final edited images will be delivered within 3 weeks of the session date. Digital files will be provided via a secure online gallery.
- Usage Rights: T Baker Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a license for personal or business use but may not resell or alter the images without written consent.
- Model Release: By signing this form, you agree that T Baker Photography may use images from your session for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and print materials.
- Liability: T Baker Photography is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the session. Change of mind, attire colour choice, location, date/time, weather considerations.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for their own punctuality, attire, and the behaviour of all participants during the session.
- Fees: T Baker Photography will not be held liable for fees or costs attributed from shoot locations not listed on T Baker Photography`s guide if no parking facilities are available.
