1. Introduction:

  Welcome to T Baker Photography. By engaging our service’s or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Photography Services:

  We offer professional photography services as described on our website or agreed upon in written contract’s. Pricing, packages, and services are subject to change, and we will communicate any modifications in advance.

3. Booking and Payment:

  To secure a photography session, a non-refundable session fee is required. Full payment is due before delivery of the session. Payment details and cancellation policies will be outlined in our communications or contracts.

4. Copyright and Usage:

  We retain the copyright to all images captured during sessions. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use. Commercial use or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

5. Image Delivery:

  We will provide edited images within a reasonable timeframe, as agreed upon. The number of images and delivery format will be specified in our communications or contract’s.

6. Client Cooperation:

  Client’s are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating during session’s. We are not liable for suboptimal result’s if this cooperation is lacking.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us within a reasonable time. Refer to our cancellation policy for details on refunds or rescheduling fees.

8. Liability:

  While we take utmost care in our work, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Privacy:

  The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for detail’s on how we handle your data.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised term’s on our website.

12. Model release.

The Client gives the Photographer the absolute right and permission to use their photographs on the Photographer's website and on social media; for publications, advertisement’s and in any other media that the Photographer chooses.

Any breastfeeding, semi-nude and/or nude images, images will not be used unless the Client has given permission to show these images. 

Please advise the Photographer if there are any religious, cultural or other sensitivities that the Photographer may not be aware of.

If the Client is the parent of a child who is under 18 year’s of age, the Client gives the Photographer permission for their child’s photographs to be used on the Photographer's website and on social media; for publications, advertisements and in any other media that the Photographer chooses.

The Client releases the Photographer from liability for any violation of any personal use or proprietary right the Client may have in connection with such use.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

At T Baker Photography, I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. My goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to both my clients and my business. Please review my cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within 3 months of the original booking date.

  • If rescheduling due to illness (including newborns or immediate family members), please notify me as soon as possible. I will make every effort to accommodate a new date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session will receive a refund minus the non-refundable session fee.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the session will forfeit the session fee, but the remaining balance (if already paid) can be credited towards a future session within 6 months.

  • No-shows will forfeit all payments made and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

    Weather & Studio Disruptions:

  • For outdoor sessions, if the weather is unsuitable (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat), I will reschedule at no additional cost.

  • If unforeseen circumstances on my end (equipment failure, illness, emergency) require rescheduling, I will notify you immediately and offer the next available date.

    Refund Policy:

  • Session fees are non-refundable as they secure your booking and cover initial preparation.

  • Full refunds (excluding the session fee) are only given if I am unable to full fill the session due to circumstances beyond my control and rescheduling is not an option.

  • Digital images, prints, and products are non-refundable once delivered.
